Legends Dinner- Lions

On Wednesday 17th May 2017 there will be a very exclusive dinner for a maximum of 70 people at the Sanctum Soho Hotel Remix restaurant, 20 Warwick St, London, W1B 5NF with three very special guests who played for the historic British and Irish Lions

The Englishman (Ben Clarke, Tour of New Zealand 1993), the Irishman (Rob Henderson, Australia 2001) and the Scotsman (Craig Chalmers, Australia 1989)  will share tall tales and rugby legend from their different tours and times and perspectives  – back row, centre and fly half  – plus discussing the 2017 selection and potential prior to the serious business of New Zealand in June and July this year.

With these gentlemen involved the evening is likely to continue into the very early hours on the notorious Sanctum Terrace so bring your drinking boots for a traditional rugby evening.

There will also be the opportunity for questions from the floor, a raffle, small auction and an excellent 3 course meal designed for the occasion.

 

We thank our three illustrious guests who are not only providing their presence and insights for free but are also bringing some excellent items which Rob Henderson will personally auction (sorry Tom!) , which means even more funds get to our Truants Children’s Charities – Nordoff Robins, Teenage Cancer Trust and ChildLine – to whom all the profits will go, the ONLY cost being the price of the dinner and initial wine and service.

 

Tickets are a minimum of £200 which includes all food, half a bottle of wine and a pre-dinner cocktail.  This is fantastic value so you are encouraged to add to the ticket price if you are feeling kind and generous – these are very good causes to help kids and this special event is limited and strictly invite only. First come first served!
